I have a chronic issue where I have whitelisted several IPs that belong to my SIP provider. Even though they are listed in the list as allow with an expiration date well into the future, they seem to be expiring based on only the month and day, and not the year. This is a huge issue for me since it keeps blocking my trunk to my carrier, and I have to remove it from the Blacklist after it gets blocked and re-add it as an allowed entry.before calls will work again.

I sense a bug here where someone is doing incomplete date checking and ignoring the year. I saw a previous post on this by someone else but it was closed with no explanation. Short of deleting and re-adding these entries on a regular basis, they end up back on the blocked list rather than allowed.

Hello @Carlo Okolowitz

As a first step can you please tell me what is the exact build version of your PBX?
Are these whitelisted IPs sending traffic that could cause a blacklisting?

15.5.10244.4 the Debian ISO version

As far as I know they are not sending me any bad traffic, but haven't looked to closely yet.

What i would recommend for now to set the PBX on verbose mode (Activity Log>>Settings) and monitor the system.
When the issue occurs check the Event Log to see for any relevant entry (or generate you support info to further look into the logs)

Also, you can manually add some fake IPs with a close expiration time(some minutes) and then set it to allow.
When the set time passes check if it switched to Deny
