Blacklisted Locked out of Management Console ** SOLVED **

Hi I have 4 x LightSail Hosted 3CX Servers that I have been locked out of due to the ISP deciding to make network changes and change all the of EXTERNAL STATIC IP Addresses to dynamic IP.s.
I had all the servers set to 3 different locations with 3 different ip addresses for extra security in the Whitelists.
But guess i didn't think a ISP would do something so like this without any pre warning.


Enter External Ip of the l/Sail Server
Select Private Key

Enter Port info
login as amin

unable to connect.

Not sure what it is that I am missing.
Probably something that will make me look stupid.

Do I need to open firewall ports?

SOLVED the solution with this post. from another member Marcgold that helped me solve my problem.
