Blacklisting IP's like crazy

After updating today, 3cx has blacklisted my own ip 3 times already, no idea why, it's connected on MAC with ext 102, and on android cell with ext 101.

Is there a way to unlock an ip without admin panel ? via command ?

The logs should indicate why it was blacklisted. Can't you remote desktop in to the 3cx server and login / white list yourself from there ??
Or just remote in to some other computer on another Internet connection and login from there.
