BLF Assignments from 3cx not changing on Yealink T48s phones in Stun provisioned mode

Hi There,

We are running V18.02 build 314 3cx on Debian 10 in GCP.
When we make a change to an extension/phone's provisioning BLF field the change never makes it to the extension.
The phones are provisioned via STUN and running firmware version 66.86.05

Steps taken:
Under Phone, edit subject extension, select BLF make changes to a key's BLF target and save changes in 3cx.
Select phone and choose reprovision. Phone blinks as it is reprovisioning, but BLF does not change.
On phone hold OK button and choose reset to factory settings.
Log into extension over STUN to set up extension on T48.
T48 provisions again but BLF still has not changed.

Any ideas what I might be missing here?

Have you tried to update the BLFs via webclient (instead of managment console) and just power cycle the phone?

I had the same issue with a T46 and I reprovisioned the phone to a different extension (a dummy), and then again factory reset and provisioned to the correct extension and that worked. 1st step might be less work to start with.
