BLF button - Office Closed

I would lke to know if it is possible to create 1 BLF button on 1 phone (Yealink T46s) to shut down the whole company and that directly the out of office audio will play when someone is calling the office. A kind of emergency button. In this way all other rules are being exceeded.

you can use dial code , go in general settings and set a dial code like

then from any deskphone just dial *64 to hear actual status, then dial *641 to force IN or *642 to force OUT.
This codes needs to be reverted manually, also to avoid unmanageable problems this needs to be kept confidential .
*64 is an example but you can set a longer code and change it regularly to avoid too many people knowing.

Thanks for your answer, this is working. But I also would like to have 1 extra rule.
Is it possible when we create an out of office dial code that when it is active that all the incoming phone calls will be forwarded to 1 specific mobile extrernal phone number.

Under your sip / trunk configure the routing for 'Destination for calls outside office hours' to external number

If your outbound rules are locked down, create another one at the top checking for prefix of the mobile number and route accordingly.

Just remember, each call will take two lines and licenses.
