BLF Buttons on Softphone

My App seems to be missing the BLF buttons above or to the side of the keypad in the dialling pad. This makes it difficult to pick up parked calls. Is there something I'm over looking (a swipe gesture) to reveal it, or was it removed?

The mobile apps don't have BLF. There, one can dial the shared park number, e.g. SP0 (capital letters) or transfer to it. However there isn't a way to see if someone is already parked or not.

Thanks! I will give that a try! My scenario is that if I'm on a call, and I'm about to loose cellular network, I either place the customer on hold, or park the call, then resume the call when I'm back in signal. I really hope they add them to the mobile apps though. Would be far easier.

Just tested it with my brother!! It works! He called my company number, I picked it up clicked transfer (blind transfer) then searched for SP1 and hit transfer and his call was placed in SP1 and my call terminated. I was then able to search for SP1 and dial it and resume the call! - Thanks so much for the help.
Still it would be much better if we had access to the BLF Keys on the app!
