BLF - EXP40 - pg2 only showing 1 of 3 ext that are programmed - standard T46S template used

Hi All

EXP40 that is connected to a T46S phone only shows 1 extension of 3 programed on page 2

• 3CX professional annual release 16.0.676
• Windows 10 Pro
• Phone / ext in question - T46S - Firmware: 66.84.0.95
• Provisioned by local
• Trunk Provider - Dataphone
• firewall checker has passed
• no custom templates

simply put.... only 1 key is showing when 3 are configured
ON T46S - Keys 1-27 are on the actual phone.... Correct?
ON 3CX Extension with T46S - keys 28-50 are configured (assuming its only showing 28-48 on BLF)

You are correct, BLF keys 1-27 are on the phone. 28 onward should show on the exp40.

Can anyone perhaps assist please in why only 1 key is showing on the 1st EXP40 when 3 keys are actually configured ?
