BLF Issue on Yealink T46G

I have a small customer with a BLF issue. On every handset, the BLF for that extension has no green light and a red cross next to the name. Every handset has the same problem on their OWN extension/BLF....all the rest of the BLF work fine.

I also noticed that when i deploy provisioning to the phone that the "Extension" field is missing the "*20*".

Anyone seen either of these issues before?

check your template file, I noticed mine was wrong, it should be setup like this for each of your linekeys

linekey.18.pickup_value = %%PickupValue%%
linekey.18.extension = %%PickupValue%%
