BLF Key LEDS are lost on reboot - Snom D865

We are installing new phones on a separate 3cx instance, and every time we reboot them, the green LEDs are lost, but the text beside the buttons is still there. To fix this, I have to log into the 3cx admin console, go to the user, click on the BLF tab, reposition a key, and press save for them to reappear correctly.

On another 3CX system, I have the Snom's D725, and there is never an issue when I reboot the phones. The BLF keys always return once they are rebooted. Both 3CX systems are running the same 3CX version (20.0 Update 2 (Build 715)). Anyone with any ideas. Both systems are fully licensed and refreshed too

How are they connecting? E.g., via SBC to remote server?

Correct. I'm using SBC to the remote server

D865 can be a router phone. Delete it, add it again using the MAC and choose "Connect Directly".

Then go ahead and factory reset the phone and give it some time to provision into a router phone.
