New to 3CX but its great software but I don't seem to be able to link a BLF key to a phonebook entry on a deskphone. Seems like a useful feature (and could do on our old system). The only way appears to be a speed dial or custom speed dial. Either way the entry would be duplicated at least twice in the system (a contact in the phone book, a contact in the speed dial and/or a custom speed dial on the extension).
