Would like to create a BLF key to transfer calls to voicemail. I realize the way to transfer direct to voicemail is *4 + EXT. Is there a way to create a button on the desktop app (3CX 18,x) called... transfer to voicemail and have it so you click transfer to voicemail and then select one of the extensions from the people window? Just trying to find the best way so the receptionist isnt having to lookup the extension number of our 100+ users every time they want to transfer a call to voicemail. Any other solutions? On our previous system (MITEL), I had to create phantom extensions for all users to do something similar. Was a little legwork up front but was a set it and forget it solution.
Again.. just trying to have a way to click a button and then select the users to transfer calls to voicemail direct.
