Solved BLF keys in desktop client not showing status

[Alphabetic]

The BLF keys for the phone are grey.

Im able to click on them and dial the ext.

3CX v 16.0.8.9
App - 16.3.0.220

I've tried with my firewall disabled to no avail.

PBX is local

This is due to publishing presence information - sorted it now.

Update:

BLF key is showing the EXT number only.

can i get this to show name?

Edit: nevermind. restarting app shows names
