BLF label instead of extension

Hi,

Is it possible to display a username on the phone diplay instead of the extension number?

you have to go into the phones config file and manually alter the labels from ext to the persons name - this also gets overwritten if you ever reprovision the phone for any reason.

You can get around this by creating a new template specifically for each phone with BLF labels in it, and assigning that template when provisioning the phone.
