BLF on Ploycom VVX411 to show who's on the phone

I was able to successfully provision a new VVX411 with ver.16.5.622 Enterprice 3cx. All is working as it should but BLFs do not show status of the assigned extensions so my users can't see if someone is on the phone or not. Anyone else came across this issue? The extension is provisioned as a Direct SIP (STUN Remote). The phone has the latest recommended firmware (6.1.2.1127)

Poly has been improving NAT support in recent versions of UCS. Worth a try?

Are you able to complete blind transfers with the transferring phone hanging itself up upon successful transfer or does it still think it's connected after transfer? Does the voicemail message waiting indicator consistently work on the phone? All of these depend on SIP Subscribe/Notify properly working.
