Hi, I appreciate that this will be an unsupported matter, but I would like to ask any Yealink users if they have been able to get BLF working correctly on a second line.

Phone = Yealink T54W
3CX servers = Professional (x2) both self hosted on Azure and the instances are not related to each other (different companies)

The first account works as it should including provisioning, SBC/Router Phone set up and BLFs

The second account (which is set up manually on the phone with a small workaround to stop the first account wiping the config each night) connects and works correctly, however the second account BLFs do not show presence (although they do work as speed dial).

I am assuming it is a subscribe/notify issue - can anyone point me in the right direction.

Many thanks in advance
Steve

From the 3CX PBX only one extension per device can be provisioned.
Any further implementation is not supported.

With the greatest respect I started my post with the words "I appreciate that this will be an unsupported matter". I was specifically asking if anyone had any joy getting this to work as has been the case with other ippbx systems in the past.

I am not requiring 3CX to provision the second line, my post stated that I am doing that manually. My enquiry was one to the community to see if anyone had any suggestions. I really do accept that 3CX has limitations, however it is processing subscribe and notify which are the elements I am trying to hook onto to make this work. I am more than happy to hand edit the phone's config files (and yes I appreciate that this will also be unsupported).

Bascially I am trying to have a single ip-phone (which is 3CX compliant and recommended - including the multi-line phones) instead of several separate phones (which is kinda stupid when the 3CX compliant phone is multi-line anyway) to deal with entirely separate 3CX instances.

What you will need to do is, Remove the provisioning link from the phone, then set to DSS keys to what ever you need to have on the new line

Many thanks for the reply, but it's not the line I am having the problem with, that is all working fine, it is the BLFs for the second account/line's extensions. For some reason the 2nd instance of 3CX is not allowing it and I get the 489 "Event package not supported" error.
