Good afternoon,
On a cloud bx i have a snom 320 with 12 BLF lights, so I prorammed button P1-P10 (extentions) and I used the following string sip:[email protected];user=phone I installed a SBC (that IP in the string) , I then program the snom 320 in the first field I select ACTIVE second field BLF 3rd one is the string. It works perfectly fine, until the snom320 restarts then it automatically jumps back to the first identiy.
P10 and 12 are line keys If you save and execute it again, the same thing happens.

Any advice?? I am also not sure if i should put local ip or fqdn ip of the pbx or the sbc ip ? the snom and 2 other extentions register to the SBC

Thanks

I am not sure what you are trying to archive... BLF Keys need to be programmed over the pbx not directly on the phone.

True, but I don't know if this is even doable today.

Sorry it's a 19 years old phone... and Snom stopped selling the a decade ago.
