Hi there
As you know - most VOIP phones don't have a great number of characters available for the BLFs, mainly on the "Main" display. I want to be able to remove the "Pr:" from Available and Away status as it takes up space on the display. Can anyone tell me how to do that within 3CX so that when I select those two items all it sends to the phone is Available and Away rather than Pr: Available and Pr: Away?
