Suddenly seeing an issue for all users, using a quick dial / BLF button on our phones (Snom D715's) gives and error: Not Found: John Smith 121. Can't find any reason of fix! Feel this occurred after last system updates to 15.5 but went unreported for some time. 3CX call logs just shows 'Not Answered'. We use an Azure cloud hosted v15.5 with a local SBC. Anyone else had this issue / know a cause / solution? Many Thanks, Paul.

I would Wireshark Trace this, BLF works through the SIP protocol by using the subscribe and notify messages. This guide goes into detail, however you are looking for the BLF sending the subscribe and the response back (if you get one) will give you a better understanding of what the issue might be: https://www.3cx.com/blog/voip-howto/busy-lamp-field/

Also worth noting your Firmware version on the phones, are you up to date with 3CX.

Hi, i have the same issue... Hosted and local SBC config too.
Waiting support help.

@oxiale

Followed any of the troubleshooting steps mentioned above by @eddv123? Are you using the same phones the OP does? Are you running the supported firmware and default templates? What PBX version are you running? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard, under the Information column next to the licence version. For example 15.5.15502.6.
The more details you provide the more we will be able to help you.

Hi, issue isn't with the BLF status, this works fine, its the actual dial of the extension when pressing the button. I can see an extension status just fine, but when pressing the button for eg. ext. 123, get the 'not found' ... Dial 123 direct, works fine. This is happening on all of our 20+ extensions. All Snom D715's, default templates, everything vanilla, with up-to-date firmware. 3CX 15.5.15502.6, latest version. Debian on Azure, with SBC.

3CX firewall tests all green.
