BLF Stopped working X5U & X6U

Hi,
I am running 3CX on Pi. Everything was running fine.
I have several BLF intercom buttons that show green when extension is not in use and red when in use.
I noticed on the 3CX dashboard there were updates available for the X5U & X6U phones.
I did the updates and now those comm button lights don't show.

Any thoughts?

Hi Sonny,

Please try to factory reset one of the phones, and then reprovision it and see if the BLFs light up.

Ensure that you are not using modified templates though, just provision it normally using our guide for the relevant model: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/

Thank you for your reply.
Just factory reset a X5U and reprovisioned.
Same issue with BLF.
Also, when I place a call on SP1 that light does not light either.

What firmware version are you using? There was a problem with the X5U on version 2.2.13 which affected the BLF LEDs and settings. It was fixed in 2.4.7, but now I see that 2.4.10 is out.. is that what you updated to?

Yes updated from 2.4.7 to 2.4.10 on both X5U and X6U.

Not sure what happened, but BLF lights just started working on all phones.

That's good to hear, keep an eye on it for a couple of days and tell us how it goes.

Regarding your server OS, did you use the disk image we provide here in this guide or did you get your own online?

Which model of the Pi did you buy? Give us some more details as this may be related to the issue more than the phones or firmware.
