BLF String Import

Having some issues with BLF imports on V20. I wrote a crude spreadsheet to speed things up. The spreadsheet spits out the string which i then copy and paste into the import file.

The bit I'm struiggling with is the BLF ID entry. Looking at an export from a live system, the BLF ID seems totally random?

Is that what they are supposed to be? Random, and unique?
