Solved BLFs don't Work with TLS enabled

Hello,
today whe have tried to enable TLS on our Phones (Yearlink and Fanvil). After that the BLFs stopped working. After Switchback to TCP / UDP anything ist ok....

After a while of resarch this evening i think i have found the problem. We have the new O365 Teams connector enabled. If i disabele it and restart the SIP Server the TLS/BLF issue is gone. If i reenable it the issue is back....

We have a different Domain Configured for Teams with 5062 ....

What port did you set for SIP TLS?

Hi Martin,

I tested this with a Yealink + EXP50 and multiple pages of BLFs but they appear to work fine in my case.
Whether I enable or disable Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, does not appear to make any difference.

Have you enabled TLS on your Yealink? I Wait for our Servicepartner Aconitas to check...... Before i reenable the teams DR

Upon further review, there does seem to be an issue when Teams is enabled, we shall investigate it further and update the thread with news.

We have identified the issue and we are going to include a fix for this in V18 Update 2.
Then, BLFs on IP Phones registering over TLS should work fine with Teams integration enabled, including MWI, SUBSCRIBES, etc.
