We use 3CX in our home business as well as a number of our customers. One of those customers is reporting an issue when a Page or Ring all occurs, all BLFs flash red as if no one is on another call. This occurs even if another extension is on a call giving the impression someone is available to answer the call when they actually are not.
As a test, we tried swapping out one of their phones to see if the issue would persist with of of ours from our home office. They currently have Yealink T27Gs and we swapped a Cisco SPA 504G + SPA 500S in its place. This a model we know that the BLFs flash properly (on our system), only when other extensions are available to receive calls. But once provisioned in their system, the BLFs began flashing regardless of extension status. So we feel strongly its not specific to the model of phone.
Our business has a Professional Perpetual 16.0.612 license, while theirs is a Standard Annual, version 16.0.619. Is this occurrence simply a difference between the Pro and Standard editions? Or is there a setting I am missing. I have crawled through comparing system and extension settings between the two and could not find any discrepancies that would account for the difference in behavior. Any insight provided would be extremely helpful.
