Blind Transfer Conference call

Our receptionist organizes the conference call then wants totransfer the call to the Confrence room telephone but cant.. we are using yealink t38 phones.. does anyone know the answer??

She could set up the call using MyPhone perhaps - although I do not know what happens when the "Organizer" hangs up - meaning the receptionist.
