Blind transfer no longer works on Yealink T54W after recent update

Attended transfer works fine. Blind transfer goes no where and eventually the caller on hold gets drop. Blind transfer never reaches destination but leaves original phone making the transfer. The feature works on the mobile app and web client but not on a T54W or T33G phone. I have 70 and have tried several of them out of the box with no success. I have checked the individual config in each phone to ensure this feature is enabled. does anyone have any thoughts or insights as to what i can look at next?

96.87.0.16 for the yealink firmware. Version 20.0 Update 7 (Build 1060 Release) for 3CX
