Block an extension to receive calls from another extension

I need to have a group of extensions (technical support) that cannot be reached from other extensions. Is It possible?

it would also be nice if "paging" extension could be not available from outside...

I'm agree, it is not public feature.
But, the boss can be very polite and inform everybody in the office using his mobile:"Hey, I will arrive in 5 minutes" .
