Block by name not number

Hello,

I haven't been able to find any more about this but it was discussed a few years ago here:

Has there been any update? We are running into the same exact issue. V19* calls 20+ times a day from a different local number.

We need a solution. I've tried text in the blocked field and it seems that is strictly related to where the number would typically be.

Outside of making basically a captcha IVR, are there any solutions or maybe things in development?

I can't recall seeing anything that would allow that. The fact that a great portion of the world does not even offer name display, may mean that it is not high on the priority list.
