Hi all,

We are on version 15.5.9348.3

I read numerous posts on the forum here to find a solution but I can't get it solved.
I attached some screenshots of our config.

We are located in Belgium (+32)
You'll see for example that we block outgoing calls to Bulgaria (+359)

When we dial 00359 2 976 xx xx we receive a message "call forbidden"
That's ok
In the call logs the "to" field has 003592976xxxx and "talking" has "not answered" as value

When we dial +359 2 976 xx xx the call starts
That's not ok
In the call logs the "to" field has 0003592976xxxx
Look at the leading zero's.
There's 1 extra

When I dial +32 478 xxx xxx what is a national mobile nr, then it dials also but it's ok because it's in our country.
In the call logs the "to" field has 0478xxxxxx

I'm quite sure it has to do with our E164 settings.
Do I have to add all possible national codes ?
There are a lot of them.

Can someone help ?

Thanks and best regards

Hello @vcstech

Please try removing the "0" from the add prefix field and add it to the National code field. See if that resolves the issue. The "Add Prefix" will always prepend a "0" to your dialled number but the National code will only prepend the "0" once it detects you are calling inside your country. So it will remove the +32 and add a leading "0"
