Block incoming 800 numbers

How do we block 800 numbers? We have been flooded with 800 robo calls and need to block them ASAP!

I'm not aware of being able to block, by caller ID using leading digits and wildcards. If the calls are frequent enough to be hampering regular business, you might consider riouting all calls to an IVR to screen out human callers. Requiring someone to enter a digit, to continue to a department, or receptionist, will block the robo calls.
