Block IVR Dialing

We have an enterprise license and would like to block the IVR dialing feature to avoid anyone from the outside accidentally dialing a paging group. What needs to happen for this to be prevented

Hi, you will need to use this call script instead https://www.3cx.com/docs/call-processing-script-dtmf/ using that theres no direct dialing.

I do not want to replace the IVR, i want to disable the dial extensions on the IVR when the caller comes in. If someone continues to call and eventually figures out extensions they will call into unwanted devices

That is not possible to disable when using the standard IVR, you need to use the script mentioned in my first comment, your will use the same routing and prompts as the ivr but it will disable the direct dialing.
