Block Remote Tunnel Connections v20

Hi All,

I suspect I have come across an issue where a system migrated to v20 from v18 that had extensions with Block Remote Tunnel Connections enabled will not be able to be used externally in v20.

I had a user start working from home and needed to turn off Block Remote Tunnel Connections, but it is no longer available in v20. Any call attempted from this extension gets the triple beep and a credential invalid message on the smartphone. I created a new extension and this is now working as expected.

I wonder if this dormant setting is still stopping the calls and if we can edit a config file to disable the Block Remote Tunnel Connections flag.

You need an SBC to provision phones externally. What kind of phones are this?

Which version of V20 have you upgraded to?
This is something that should be fixed in Update 3.
