Block Web System Management Console by IPTables

Hi,

I need block access the system management console by iptables (firewall) without block clients connections.

I trying block https port (443) by iptables, but it also blocked the app clients

Someone can help me?

I need allow access to 3cx management console in my local network and the access of 3CX app clients of all Internet. How to i can make it?

I already tried it, but it have a problem that is if my public ip changed, i never more have access 3cx management console. It happened with me and my solution was restore for backup by linux command.
