Hello, I'm trying to block a number on a specific extension but I can't.

I saw in the forum that you have to go to the extension in "Forwarding Rules" and "Exceptions".
“Action” → “end call” But it does not work

as well with the country prefix +33... or 33, france for example

Have you checked the Activity Log (Verbose), to confirm the format of the number is exactly the same as what you have used?

Hi, could you please share the exception rule that you have configured.

What are the caller ids you want to block? bear in mind that you can use the * as wildcard, for example +33* or 33* would be all the calls starting with those prefixes, set all hours and destination End Call.
