We have a client who has been receiving texts routinely from a shortcode number (example: +123456).
I've tried adding 23456 and +123456 to the system blacklist. None of that works.
How do we block a number entirely so it cannot send an SMS to a system extension?
Before you ask, no, the 3CX-approved carrier does not have a way to block them upstream currently.
