Blue o Red icon when Logging in the webmeeting

HI:

I create webmeeting but when I click to go on, I get a blue icon or red icon when i try to click on login o entry. This is in firefox.

I try to do it with Chrome and go in without problems but it says that the webcam it's used by another software. How can I free it ?

You'll need to find and close the application that's hogging up usage of your webcam. Make sure other communication applications or tabs in your browser are not running.

I have closed all the applications,tabs,etc... i have rebooted the computer but I continue having the same problems .

First problem: The icon in red (In Firefox)
Second problem: Webcam busy by other app, but it's everything closed, the computer rebooted

Do you know if there is any app for free the webcam ??

Hi Jose,

Just for now ignore Firefox, the icon you see is normal, because the "Entrar" button is disabled.

First the camera and mic must be detected and allowed. Then once this is solved, you will enter the meeting automatically. I suggest getting technical support for the camera first as this should solve everything else.
