Bluetooth for SoftPhone and Mobile

Hi All,

I'm after a bit of advice regarding bluetooth headsets. I'm looking for one that will work with the softphone without any major configuration headaches and also work with a mobile phone when driving etc... Please note I don't want the mobile to integrate with 3CX just normal mobile phone calls.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

I've used a couple of inexpensive Motorola models with no problems. You have to make sure that the headset is connected before you start the 3CX phone or the Bluetooth option for audio won't be in the menu. If the headset is paired with a mobile phone you will have to turn off Bluetooth on the phone or turn off the phone completely before using the same headset with the computer. I won't "play" nice being paired with two devices at the same time.
