Bluetooth Headset compatiblity and issue with receiver

I purchased a plantronics voyager pro HD, and bought a rocketfish bluetooth receiver for my 3cx windows phone. After a few minutes of talking im unable to hear the other person on the phone but they can still hear me. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Also does anyone know if it matters what bluetooth headset I use?

First, describe the install.

Is the phone installed in the same system as 3CX itself?
Is the "other person" internal, external or does it matter, either way the audio gets cut-off?
Did you re-configure 3CX Phone to accommodate the sound and mic of the new Plantronics?
What were you using before, if anything, and did the issue occur then as well?
Do you have a wired headset/mic that you can try in its place and see if the same issue pops up?.
If 3CX is installed on the same system as the softphone, does the system pass the firewall checker?
