Bluetooth Headset Issue with Android app

I'm running Android 8.0.0 on a Samsung Galaxy 7 and with both latest and legacy version of 3CX app my Bluetooth headset (Plantronics Voyager 8200 UC) will drop out after a few seconds into call ringing. I have tried with Car/Bluetooth support both selected and not selected. Any ideas on what the issue is and how best to fix?
