Bridge between 3cx and Asterisk (FreePBX)

Hi,

previously in the following link there was a very good documentation on how to link an asterisk control panel with a 3CX through the Bridges (http://www.3cx.com/docs/bridging-asterisk-pbx/), but the link no longer available.

Does anyone keep this documentation that I can share?

I'm very surprised that was removed, as it was linked to, quite often. Perhaps it is being re-written/updated.
