I'm new one 3cx user and I need little help with make bridge between 3cx and Grandstream utm6102
I create master bridge on 3CX where default virtual id is 10000. After that I create register sip trunk on Grandstream UTM. I see that is registered.
also I create outbound rule which say that If I call from 3cx to 805 extension then should be choose bridge to grandstream,
So,
First problem - if I call from 3cx from extension 124 to 805 (extension on UTM) then it answer but id number is 10000 (virtual id number). I tried to change many settings also on 3cx in tab outbound parameters and also on UTM. But without success.
Second problem - On utm I create outbound rule and I made a call from 805 to 124. I see on 3cx that some traffic but without success.
Please help me with this problem. Maybe someone have solution for this bridge. I need have bridge between 3cx and utm and all extensions between should make a call.
