Hello,
we have Bridge between our 3cx PBX (slave) and Convergia in USA (master). Calls are possible, but presence information working only in one way.
Convergia have problem connectig to our presence information.
Both 3cx are latest version 16

In Convergia 3cx log are this information:

2021/12/21 11:02:25.299|688|0046|Inf|MYPHONE: [BR] BridgeReceiver 40000 trying to connect to https://xxxxxx.3cx.eu:5001/MyPhone/MPWebService.asmx
2021/12/21 11:02:25.299|688|0046|Inf|MYPHONE: [BR] 1st login sending: User=40000
2021/12/21 11:02:25.300|688|0046|Dbg|MYPHONE: [BR] ClientChannelImpl.SendRequest(MyPhone.Notifications.Login) started
2021/12/21 11:02:25.614|688|0032|Err|MYPHONE: [BR] Cannot login to any enpoint: [https://xxxxxx.3cx.eu:5001/MyPhone/MPWebService.asmx]
2021/12/21 11:02:25.614|688|0032|Trc|MYPHONE: [BR] BridgeReceiver 40000 will try to reconnect in 90 seconds.

Port 5001 is on our firewall opened and forwarded with destination NAT to 3cx internal address. Port 5001 is https, and 3cx webinterface working on this port.
3cx Firewall check hat no problem.

Any idea why?

Thank you.

Sorry if this seems obvious but are you 100% sure that 5001 is the configured HTTPS port for that specific PBX, it could be set to 443 by default in some cases so do make absolutely sure.

Either way, what I recommend trying first is connecting to the 3CX Webclient of the slave PBX using a PC on the same network as the master PBX, does that work? For a more reliable test, IF the master PBX is running on a Windows machine, you could try accessing the slave's webclient from the master's host machine directly.

Hello,
I think Port 5001 is on our PBX used for secure connections:

And for the test I must contact operator in USA, we do not have access to master system.
Thank you

Then it is indeed 5001.

And for the test I must contact operator in USA, we do not have access to master system.
The test I recommended is to check if the network configuration for both PBXs allows the master PBX to reach the slave PBX on port 5001 so I think it's important that you test this first.

If the master PBX is a Linux machine, you can try SSHing to it and then run:
wget https://<SLAVE_FQDN>:5001
and check if you get any errors.

EDIT:

I know you already said that both PBXs are on the latest v16 but, could you make absolutely sure that this is the case? Is there any chance the master PBX has been upgraded to 3CX v18?
