Hi All

I recently set up bridges from our customers to our 3CX.

All work great but I've got 1 3CX that is a PITA.

I keep getting emails to say it's unregistered followed by DNS resolution / network failured and then registered.

Both PBX are 16.0.8.9.

Our PBX is master with slave set to register every 60 seconds.

Master and Slave are using IP addresses not FQDN.

Slave is behind a Sonicwall.

Any suggestions where to start diagnosing?

Hi @kieferschild,

Do you have a tunnel enabled on the bridge? If yes, test without the tunnel connection and let me know.

If no, try to run a packet capture when you're receiving these errors. Run it on both sides, and check the SIP traffic. You're looking to see if the slave sent the master the registration and if the master responded and the slave received it.
