Reaching out to the community in case anyone has had a similar experience.
We self host our 3CX systems in our data centre.
Previously we have had our firewall rules and access to our 3CX systems open to anywhere in the world
After recent attempts I have locked down geo locations for each PBX system on the firewall rules only allowing access to the system from Certain Country IPs
We have now picked up one way audio on our bridges (PBXs sit in the same region, those IPs are allowed and systems can talk to each other both internally and externally)
Bridges go green and show connected however one way audio is experienced,
When running a firewall checker it fails
Can someone advise if 3CX needs to reach out to 3CX Servers? if so what are those IPs or FQDNs so that we can allow it
