I am a beginner on this stuff.

So, I was able to brudge FreePBX to 3CX using the guide. And I have created an extension on the 3CX side, my extension is set up on the FreePBX side. When you user on the 3CX side dials me, I am able to answer and talk. But when I try to call the 3CX number, the operator says: Your call can't be completed ass dialed.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Sure. Check the logs and see where the call is going. It doesn't sound like the call is reaching 3CX which means it's something on the FreePBX side.

I am terribly sorry, how would I check logs? And on which side do I check logs on?

Have you created an Outbound Route from FreePBX to 3CX?

On the FreePBX, the logs are available at Reports, Asterisk Logfiles. Try placing a call and then refreshing the log to see what's going on with the call.

This sounds as if the call is being sent to a provider (unless FreePBX has this recording). You can confirm that the call is not reaching 3CX by using the 3CX Activity Log, You will also want to use that log, for trouble shooting, once you are able to route calls to 3CX, if they still do not reach the correct destination

Is this right for route settings?

I don't even know what to put into dial patterns, I just want to able to dial it.

You will probably create rules in FreePBX similar to Bridge you must create in 3CX. You assign an unused prefix to be dialled before the digits. that digit is stripped before sending out on the bridge, with the remaining digit sent to 3CX. Of course, depending on your extension numbering, on both systems, this can differ. Your rules for outside calls must also be made specific enough, that they do not route a Bridge call, to your VoIP provider, which may be happening currently.
