Before I do this (and I cant see any reason why this would be an issue) I wanted to get some feedback from the community (and 3CX staff) to hear if anyone has had any issues or there are any known issues with bridging together a version 15.5 3CX system and a v16 one.

This is only a temporary measure until we can get the other systems up to date (we are talking a few weeks tops) but wanted to know if anyone had any genuine experience before taking the plunge.

The client has 3 systems across the estate (all bridged) so for the time being it will be 2 x 15.5 systems and 1 v16 (if I go ahead with the single upgrade).

If you have time and a V16 demo pbx , you could try to add a bridge to v15.5 and see if everything works fine

Thanks for responding, and I get your point however its more feedback in a live environment I am looking for - with high call volume and usage.

Okay , I've no experience from bridge over mixed pbx versions :(

3CX told me it wasn't tested but I upgraded one side to V16 and V15.5 connected straight away. Works as far as I'm concerned.
