Solved Browser Extension Pop Up

Hi

Is there a way to make the Browser Extension pop up on an incoming call?
Fairly sure it used to do that now it does not, it just flashes on the task bar.

Also, when using click to dial when I click on a phone number as well as sending the number to the browser extension, it also open up another browser tab with an invalid search string which results in a 404 from the CRM website.

CRM is vTiger, browser is Edge.

Any help appreciated it's driving me nuts

The click2call issue is probably related to the CRM and how it makes its links. Then, 3CX tries to make its own.

As for the popping up, go into the browser extension's options (those from the browser) and check "focus window on incoming call".

The focus option has also changed the way the click to call operates. Instead of another CRM tab with a 404 I now get a tab with a keypad and a call button?

Are you using the Click2Call extension? If so, uninstall it. The full browser extension includes it.

The old one did that link with new popup. It just opens the Webclient.
