Maybe it should be the other way around, Chrome needs to be made to work with 3CX ? If Internet Explorer and Firefox work then that would seem to indicate the Chrome may need a little more work. Don't forget that Chrome is a product of Google just like IE is a product of Microsoft. They have been developed to firstly serve their parent companies requirements. Firefox has come a long way in it's ability to handle web pages that previously required you use IE . Chrome may still be going through a "teething" period that future updates will correct.
Most, if not all, devices/products that require the use of a browser to change settings/access the products web page, will state exactly which browser/version you have to use.
