Good afternoon,
I'm trying to configure a remote Budgetone BT102 with the last firmware to connect to the current version of 3CX. At the PABX end I have a Draytek 2820 with all the required ports open, static IP and no stun server set. The firewall test confirms that all ports are ok. At the remote end I have Motorola surfboard router which the Budgetone correctly reports as being full cone nat, so no port forwarding needs to be set. Problem is, the Budgetone doesn't register. I've set the 3CX logging on the highest level but nothing at all is logged.
I then tried installing Wireshark and both ends and can see that 3CX is sending back error 407, proxy authentication required. I presume I therefore need to specify proxy settings in the BT102, but how?
Thanks,
Steve
