BUG call queue - **Not FIXED with SP4

Hi all,

exist bug with call queue. some times, call rest in the call queue and when user answer it's not work and call conitnue to run in call queue it's impossible to answer there is answer, and it's impossible to cut call because the caller have cut call since long time... call exist but the caller is not on a call....

exemple : n° 105 make call to 122, 122 is on line and forward rule said go to call queue 801, next caller (105) end call, but call rest in call queue and turn on the all extensions which are on call queue, when this extension answer call, it's not work and call turn again in other extension. the only wait to cut call it's restart all services or juste call queue manager.

i can send the log.

I'm unable to reproduce the issue with the call scenario you gave.
Can you possibly upgrade your Grandstream's Firmware to the latest available from the Grandstream website and see what happens?

all days i have this bug (call blocked in call queue) do you have news, idea or other ? i have the wireshark and 3cx log for this bug. that i'm sure it's not installation because i see this bug in some other install, in fact it's for some calls per day, if it's small installation bug is not present.

I hope you will found quickly solution, but i know you found it .

Can you try with SP4

Can you also post your results in a support ticket or send us the ticket and we will have a look at it?

Always try with the latest service pack.

Are you using Pickup code by any chance?

in fact sp4 is installed. Since 11 november i don't remember see this bug again. If i see it again i will post ticket. And no we don't use pickup code.

Been 13 days since then and no re-occuring issue, hopefully SP4 did the trick.

just after i said to leonidas that i don't see bug, i arrive to produce it. how : i have extension which redirect all call to call queue when away. i make call to this extension, and i where rediect to call queue, when i hear wall queue i direct stop call. next i see my call turn to all extension of call queue, and impossible to answer. an extension redirect call to voicemail, and next this extension received voicemail file with... blank sound, of course no one in call...

sorry 3cx team, this part of bug exist again, i don't see others bug like disconnect call etc...

Hi, what I need is a capture and full logs with this issue. Also it would be great to send me a backup - no need of callhistory or vmails/ prompts, so I can try to reproduce this in house due that I can't reproduce your issue.

Hi,

We are using the same version, but we are still having this problem. To fix this issue we have to restart the phone system everytime.

Is there any solution or fix available to fix this issue?

Hi,

We are experiencing the same issue with 3CX version 11 with SP4 it happens randomly and not that often however we need to restart all services to clear the call. We have noticed it happens more often when using a BLF Key to carry out a call pickup.
