bug on attended transfer on web client, no join button if clicking on team icon

Have some clients who were previously using the desktop app that are now on the PWA app (chrome) that are saying they are having problems on attendend trasnfer where the join button is not present. after some digging I found out this happens when the destination extension is clicked in the team panel (inputing the ext or via blf works).
If they click the extension to transfer the call, the incoming call is parked, then maybe they click transfer again, so the caller remains parked while the recipient ext hears nothing (btw I have some users reporting the same behavior on attended transfer randomly on yealink phones transferring using the buttons)

This is the wrong way, You cant use attended transfer from the team panel. Press attended transfer and surch for the needed extension. The other way is to use blf.

EDIT: the first 2 gifs are the correct way to use it.

well, I can understand it's the wrong way (didn't even think it was possible tbh), but why was it working on the desktop app and is still working on the android app if it's not supposed to work this way?
not saying it's the correct way to transfer, but naturally users find the procedure that works best for them and when it doesn't work anymore they ask why it's not working
