Gday All,
Maybe this is expected behaviour, but i don't think so.
We run 16.0.8.9 and had someone tell me that someone else ended their call (Another staff member), thinking that this would be a seperate permission, i checked and couldn't see it, it looks like it is attached to the "Rights" Permission of "Perform operations (Divert, transfer, pickup)". What i think is 2 possible bugs:
1. That permission doesn't seem right to "Drop Calls" in the windows client, or any client, i would think the ability to hard drop a call should either be a seperate permission or belong to say maybe, well to be honest, i can't see something it should belong in, without being a specific explicit permission.
2. That that permission allows you to "Drop" anyones calls, not even your own, this should most definitely not be allowed.
3. And when i run a report on that call (I ran a simulated call and got someone else to drop my call) 3cx shows me as having dropped the call, NOT the other 3rd party, who was not a party to the call.
